The three-dimensional design, printing, and bio-printing laboratory of our institute has been in service at our university since 2015. Three-dimensional design and printing, rapid prototyping, device design, and production services are provided in our laboratory. While our studies are intensive in the field of health, support is also provided for research in other fields of science. In the field of health, three-dimensional models can be created with three-dimensional reconstruction technology (volume rendering & segmentation) by using radiological examinations of patients and these models can be converted into solid objects with three-dimensional printing. Recently, pre-operative planning, patient-specific prosthesis, and implant design, prosthesis and implant applications in dentistry, and medical device designs have come to the fore. Our laboratory provides consultancy, medical design, and 3D printing services to researchers in this particular field.

At the same time, 3D bio-production studies are carried out in our laboratory with our own production "NEU3D Bioprinter". This specialty area is the intersection point of research branches such as biomaterial/biopolymer development, drug testing, tissue engineering, cancer research, and microfluidic systems.
